Mark Thompson is Managing Director for Sentium, a corporate leadership development firm. Mr. Thompson spent the first 20 years of his career on Wall Street where Charles Schwab recruited him as chief of investor relations. He also served as chief communications officer, as well as executive producer of Schwab.com, and creator and host of the Charles Schwab CEO Series.

Mr. Thompson was appointed to the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission Consumer Advisory Council by Chairman Arthur Levitt in 1996. He is Chairman of Integration, Inc., a Board member of Korn/Ferry, and Best Buy. He is co-author of 11 audiobooks/DVDs with NPBI, including; The Day I Blew Up The Factory and Leaders of the New Century, as well as Women on Leadership, he has also lead seminars based on the Leaders of the New Century project. Mr. Thompson holds AA, BA, MA and MBA degrees.
