Michael is also playing the lead facilitator/coach role in McKinsey’s own internal partnership transformation program. He has led workshops and supported office leaders in Canada, Latin America, Africa and Asia.
Michael has a unique combination of twenty years business experience at the highest levels through McKinsey, and as a lawyer, and a deep understanding of the psychology and physiology of human performance.
Michael was a key advisor to the Australian Prime Minister during the period of the restructuring of the economy in the 1990’s. He was a member of Prime Ministers leading policy think tank, the Economic Planning Advisory Commission.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Michael was an attorney with Australia’s leading law firm, Freehills. He studied languages and history in Zurich, Switzerland and law and economics in Australia. He has an MA in economics and philosophy from Oxford where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.
