Dr. Rouse’s extensive credentials in the wellness field include a doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine, post-doctorate work in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, a degree in Transpersonal Psychology and certification as a yoga teacher. He combines his knowledge of natural medicine, transformational psychology, yoga and therapeutic cooking to inspire people to improve the quality of their lives and to provide them with the tools they need to make positive, healthy changes.
Dr. Rouse owns and operates a naturopathic family practice clinic in Denver, Colorado and hosts two Optimum Wellness news segments, “Wellness Wednesday” and “The Fit Kitchen”, which air weekly in the Denver, Los Angeles, Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Phoenix markets. Aside from being a sponsored Iron Man triathlete, Dr. Rouse is also the founder, Chairman and Chief Medical Officer of Envitalment, Inc., a wellness and performance coaching, training and consulting company; President and CEO of Be Alive & Well, Inc.; and Director of Coordinated Care and Complementary Medicine at the Phoenix Center for Health Excellence.
